Irish keeper with two caps to his name - against Wales in a 1-0 win in Belfast before he'd even made his debut for Leeds, and against England in a 0-7 defeat at Manchester the following season. Despite the latter result, he still could have been in line for more honours but for the intervention of World War 2. He returned to Newry for most of the war, but took up his place with Leeds again in 1945. He remained with the club until the start of the 1949 season when he departed for Halifax. He later did some coaching with the Shaymen and scouted for Leeds.

Lynton Banks-Davies says: I'm searching for any pictures of him - can anyone help?
