Jimmy Walton was the youngest player ever to appear for Leeds at the time of his debut. Halfway through Leeds'
second season, Jim Baker was switched to left half and Walton's
opportunities were limited thereafter.
Phil Walton says: If anyone has any information about his
descendents, please contact me (harryramsden _at_ indiatimes.com). I'm
originally from Leeds but have lived in India since 82. My grandfather
was a Jimmy Walton, cycle agent at Low Road, Leeds my father and my 9
year old son are both jimmy waltons.
