Jabba's Comments |
Half-back who broke into the first team at the age of just 17, but
never built on that success and was released by the club at the age
of 19.
Graham Thomas says: Terry Casey's career with Leeds Utd was ended
due to a car crash in which he was seriously injured and had to
undergo an operation to remove his spleen. Norman Hunter and some
other Leeds players were also in the car at the time. Norman Hunter
recently stated in a newspaper article that if he had been sitting in
the wrong seat he would never have had a football career. I have some
photos of Terry Casey, but would like to obtain a team photo which
includes Terry Casey during his time at Leeds. Jabba says: Drop me an
email if you can help Graham out.
Katie Gillick says: I can do one better than all of the above -
he's my Grandad!
Carl Barnett says: terry has recently had a major heart attack and
is currently recuperating back home in wales. he is and will make a
full recovery due to doctor who hit him in the chest with a slede
hammer (more to this than meets the eye) and also his loving family
who live throughout the uk.
bob thomas says: Terry casey is my cousin. We lived opposite each
other in Blaengwynfi.South Wales.His mother was my father's sister.I
know he recently suffered a heart attack but is getting better
thankfully. Bob Thomas Glasgow
