I’ve got a thing for watches too, treated myself to a Breitling years ago, still wear it every day and love it.

Sue bought me a Rolex for my 50th cost £3000 today it’s worth considerably more ( well over double ) wear it everyday doesn’t bother me as it not flash it’s not got gold through the strap or anything. Love my watch it’s already in my will to my grandson.

That's what I was saying in the hobbies thread. To me a watch has to mean something not just be a price. When I say about over priced I see watches, Rolex's, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet Hublot and the like that you can spend upwards of several hundred grand and still have a watch that is less accurate than a £10 quartz. Saying that I do prefer mechanical watches :D

Not always, but in the watch world they very often do. Big thing though is an up to date service record.

We binged on a trashy but slightly addictive Aussie programme yesterday on Netflix called Instant Hotel. It’s basically about air B&B’s but featuring some incredible properties. Features the gorgeous Juliet Ashworth

Used to love The Bill back in the day, some great characters. I understand there’s a new series due out can’t see it beating the original if I’m honest.
