Very frustrating

Post by ChilwellWhite »

The forum has a glitch whereas it keeps booting you off meaning you are constantly logging back on, it’s very annoying and frustrating. Is anyone else having issues ?

Thanks for mentioning this, we've been made aware that a number of members are having issues logging on including some of the Mod team.
Fortunately I'm not one of them yet hence why I'm replying on behalf of the team.

Please bear with us as its something out of our hands we believe due to a software upgrade and we don't have access to the inner workings. There are other issues also.

Any members having problems please be patient an announcement will be made at some stage to keep you all in the picture.

Thanks for confirming.

Like SW says, we're aware of a few niggly issues and are hoping the site owner will resolve them ASAP.. Patience is appreciated, CW

I'm in the same boat, keep having to log in when changing threads. As the guys have mentioned, please bear with us as this and a few other bugs are things we can't address ourselves just yet.

There should be an option where you tick the box to keep you logged in every time you visit the page, towards the lower part of the page. Also, depends on what search engine you are using

Yes but tha t is for every time you visit the site from fresh. The problem is when you're already logged in and change from one thread to another it kicks you out.

Go to settings (top right of your browser), profiles then passwords, there will be an option for 'signed in automatically'. This is probably not ticked, this should solve your problems

I have used sign in automatically for years. This is when I am signed in, reading a thread, decide to post a reply then get kicked out. Also signed in reading thread decide to read another thread, get kicked out.
