2022 - (target 2lb per month)

January Loss - 2lb - On target
February Loss - 2lb - On target

March -
2nd March - 15st 2lb
9th March - 15st 2lb
16th March - 15st 2lb
Weekly loss - 0lb

Think the night out on Monday cost me what should have been a loss, still will settle for a draw, could certainly have been worse given what we ate and drank.

30th March - 15st 2lb
Weekly loss - 0lb

Looks a boring month with no change but the 2 week gap between weigh ins includes a week away in Italy so to say I'm happy to be where I was before the trip is a understatement.
Actually the Friday I left had come down a 1lb but when I returned was actually 3lb up. Too much Beer, Wine bread and Pasta did take its toll.
That was Saturday so in 4 days 3lb has brought me back on track so suspect a bit of fluid retention was involved.

Just leaves this week to drop 2lb to keep on my set target, big ask but will see.

2022 - (target 2lb per month)

January Loss - 2lb - On target
February Loss - 2lb - On target
March Loss - 1lb - 1lb behind target

March -
2nd March - 15st 2lb
9th March - 15st 2lb
16th March - 15st 2lb
30th March - 15st 2lb
6th April - 15st 1lb
Weekly loss - 1lb

Slipped behind target in March partly to do with having a holiday. So really need a good April and it's a 4 week month so not easy.

Latest weigh in 13st 0lb, happy with that as this month included a weekend away with friends.
Latest weigh in 13st 0lb, a bit disappointed with that but i`m now back to running after a period off with a hamstring problem.
Latest weigh in 12st 12lb, couple of pounds lost so happy with that.
