2022 - (target 2lb per month)

January Loss - 2lb - On target
February Loss - 2lb - On target
March Loss - 1lb - 1lb behind target

April -
6th April - 15st 1lb
13th April - 15st
Weekly loss - 1lb

Well happy with a loss this week as we had a few days away at the weekend with more eating and drinking than I should.
Lots of walking which along with been good rest of week clearly helped.

No loss this week but no gain either.
Thought was on track for a loss but a couple of celebration beers last night may have cost me.

A 1lb loss this week and more importantly a major barrier passed and I now start with a 14 :D

Slightly off the purpose of this thread but I lost 2 stone in 3 months. Am eating better now and have just regained 6lbs.

[quote="Selby White"]2022 - (target 2lb per month)

January Loss - 2lb - On target
February Loss - 2lb - On target
March Loss - 1lb - 1lb behind target
April Loss - 2lb - 1lb behind target rate

April -
6th April - 15st 1lb
13th April - 15st
20th April - 15st
27th April - 14st 13lb
4th May - 14st 13lb
Weekly loss - 0lb

Did weigh last Wednesday but was dashing out and forgot to post. So no loss in the week but 2lb for the month meets the monthly target so still 1lb behind on annual desired rate.

Currently away looking after a dog and a house so there won't be a weigh in this week.
That could be a good thing as the owner Mrs SW son is a Chef/restaurant owner and he's starting a new enterprise with cakes. Has left a few samples for us to give opinions on.

Think all of us that have done numerous weight loss campaigns realise there is always a stage where you reach a plateau.
Sounds like that is one such stage.

Think the skill is keeping it in that area for a prolonged period. Its so easy to put it on again.
