Newcastle United’s new owners want Victor as their Director of Football. Orta is no stranger to the North-East having joined Leeds from Middlesbrough in 2017 after an 18-month spell on Teesside as head of recruitment. The attempted recruitment will take place if NUFC can’t get the man they really want ex-Chelsea chief Emenalo .
