Thank you, Kalvin. I'll miss you a great deal. I hope he achieves a great deal of success at Manchester City... before returning to Leeds in 2-3 years.

Good luck Kalvin Phillips - you played your heart out for Leeds United on the pitch and were a
professional and a gentleman off it. Will get a warm welcome at Elland Road when he returns

Is there a reason that this hasn’t been announced yet ?

He's only just come back from his holiday after the international period. He's having his medical today, so I assume it'll be announced later on.

So City have announced the transfer this morning. Six year contract that’s going to make him a very wealthy man.

Like a proud Father. You have earned this chance and I have no doubt you will deliver like you always did for us. An unbelievable player but I’m more proud of the man you have become! Never change mate. Look after him

Not going to lie, I didn't like seeing him holding up that City shirt on Twitter this morning.

However, I'm incredibly happy for him, and wish him the best with this move. Who would have thought five or six years ago that Kalvin Phillips would be signing for arguably the best team in the world, and have 20-odd England caps under his belt as he goes? He's worked incredibly hard over the years and has gone from being a decent midfielder to an absolute star as a result. He was one of the driving forces behind Leeds getting back to the Premier League after all the time spent away, and someone the fans could really rally behind.

And now he gets the chance to play Champions League football, win titles and play with some of the best players around. Absolutely fair play to him, hugely deserved and I hope he goes on to win a plentiful supply of medals over the next few years.

Thanks for everything Kalv, an absolute rock in this team over the past few years and a club legend.

Club legend? Nope, not for me, and he's chosen to leave.

Nice farewell speech.
