14 years today since 2 of our fans went to watch a game of football and never returned. My thoughts are with their families on this sad day.

There is to be a minutes applause at today's game and Wigan fans are joining in. Respect.

RIP Lads, a superb minutes silence impeccably observed by all yesterday, including the Blackburn fans. Those posters were really touching aswell, well done to those who did the organizing.

Owners come and go but Leeds United will be there forever, for the fans - keep Marching on Together.
Re: Kev and Chris
Not sure if it's mentioned already but Wolves are showing respect to Chris & Kevin too at the match today, as well as a minute's applause for one of their own who died recently.
I could be wrong but I think the 50th minute of the game is part of the commemoration (??)

This is why I love football.onenorthernsoul wrote:Not sure if it's mentioned already but Wolves are showing respect to Chris & Kevin too at the match today, as well as a minute's applause for one of their own who died recently.

What a fantastic gesture.
I really wish there was some way of actively promoting positive relations between clubs like this.
For every historic moment when the chairmen of jealous clubs vote against us for a points deduction, there'll be times like these when you want to reach out and shake the hand of every individual fan of those very same clubs, look them in the eye and say "THANK YOU !"
They understand ..
